I have used Loan Arranger on two occasions and both times, they have gone over and above my expectations for what any used car dealership has ever done for me in the past! Adam B. from The Loan Arranger came through for me in a big way. I had a 99 CRV is was deemed unsafe to drive and I needed another vehicle immediately. When I met with Adam, got the feeling I was in the right place and he was going to do everything in his power to get me into a vehicle that I would be happy with. Not only would I be driving a new more reliable vehicle, but I would also have the opportunity to rebuild my credit. As we went through the process we hit a few snags, but Adam persisted and provided a number of options to get me into my 2012 Dodge Avenger. We it looked like I would have to settle for another vehicle, Adam made once last attempt to get me into my Avenger at a great rate considering my circumstances. If it wasn't for Adam's time, commitment and determination to see the process through, I know I would not be driving the vehicle of my choice. My experience at the Loan Arranger was great! The process of buying a car can be stressful. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. They were honest and delivered on everything they said they of buying a car can be stressful. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. When a light appeared on my dash warning about the tire pressure (which was ok), they explained that it was a sensor that needed to be replaced in my car model when it reaches a certain number of KMs. I researched it and everything online supported this. I took the car to their recommended mechanic and The Loan Arranger picked up the bill for me. They've mailed me a note thanking me for my business and also a promotion offering money off for any friend or family member I refer to them. I LOVE my car, haven't had any issues with it and I would definitely direct any of my friends and family to the Loan Arranger. I was very surprised to read negative reviews. I have gotten 2 cars from they and both of them had the same problems and the last one had even more . If I where you I would move on to a different company and not go threw them I dont want nay one to have to go threw what I went threw with this company if you google them you will see that I am not the only one that has had problems with them . If any one that is reading this has had problems or you may know someone who has please feel free to email me your story .
