Thanks for your reply. I was very angry cause when they tried to withdraw the money for my first payment, they said they couldn't because they got wrong information of my account. I usually don't check my email very often. So when I changed my phone number, I gave it to sales rep right away so they can contact me if they have to. I checked he wrote my number on my contract paper. But what they said was they are having my old number so they could not contact me. So I gave my new number and account information again and for second payment, same problem happened again. That's why I was very angry but nobody said sorry .. Now I will forget everything from my head since I got reply with asking apologize. But I really want to make sure I don't get same problem on my third payment again. Thank you.
