I thought I would go to a private dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are polite and friendly from the receptionist to the cars salesmen. I was not rushed or harassed when i was looking at the vehicles they have on the lot and wasn't ignored when i had questions. The paperwork went well, she went through everything with me, going through the numbers, different amount of payments for different terms and down payment until I found something that worked for me. fantastic staff an easy purchase I walked into the loan arranger oshawa location with not real high hopes of getting a car I had been to many others but either the service or amount o I walked into the loan arranger oshawa location with not real high hopes of getting a car I had been to many others but either the service or amount of the vehicle was not what I was looking for. I knew what I wanted in a car but had horrible credit due to a divorce. I had worked with Melissa at this location she and all the staff were just amazing with me never judged me for my credit at all I felt so comfortable. Was in on a Sat and approved for the loan on Monday morning not only the loan but the exact vehicle I wanted and payments less than I was hoping for. I can't say enough about this location I'm also building my credit again thanks so much for an amazing and easy purchase Marti Mazda 3 owner. More

No choice no communacation and stuck with vechicle I looked into getting a car with the loan arranger and my dealer was glen irvine. For one he did not give me options for a car. Was looking for van or I looked into getting a car with the loan arranger and my dealer was glen irvine. For one he did not give me options for a car. Was looking for van or mid sized suv and he just pushed this durango on me. He was unclear with when to pick up car. And once i got the car I had nothing but issues with the car. When I contacted glen he simply ignored me contacting him and when I finally got ahold of him he said he would do nothing. Not offer any solution or even hear me our or offer to exchange a car. Now im stuck paying for this stupid car and they wont even say or do anyhthing even a tim hortons employee warned me about them on my way to pick up the car. i hate this buisness and they dont take care of there coustomers...they are sneeky and only care about you when making a sale and dump you to rot afterwards. After i posted the review i got contacted by the loan arranger in toronto and they said they wanted to help me out and get me a new car and they told me they would call me back that night and its been a week and a half and no relonce still left with this xxxxty truck and a dealer that wont help me out. I didnt even get contact info for the man who callef from toronto even more proof that the loan arranger does not care about you. More

Great staff Great Service Hi I have been dealing with Tamara for awhile now. I have bought 4 cars from her. There has never been an pressure on me to buy car from her. The whole staff is always friendly when you enter the building, they treat you like family. My last deal to about 4 weeks to get finished the whole time she worked hard to get what I wanted and in the end Tamara came through like she always does. Beware of this dealership.... Just there to loot people Beware... Think hundred times about other options before you think of buying a car or truck from this dealership. I am giving this rating as there is no option of giving zero stars. I had a horrifying experience with this dealership. In July of this year, I went there to buy an used car as I was badly in need of one for commuting to my work place. As I was a new immigrant to Canada, I was not having a credit score in Canada and I disclosed the same to the salesperson (Mano) there. He showed me some cars and at last we finalised on a 2003 Jeep Liberty (140000 KM) for which I was quoted $7500.00. As soon as I told OK to this (even though I knew the price was high compared to market pricing), the sales person asked me to pay $100.00 as an advance to book the vehicle in my name and took a credit card payment from me. He then went to get my payment plan and when he came back, to my rude surprise, the vehicle cost was increased to $ 10750.00 + taxes. When I enquired about why the price was changed by around $ 3250.00, he told me that there was an internal confusion and the actual price of the vehicle is $ 10750.00 + taxes and not $ 7500.00. As the price was not within my budget, I decided not to go ahead with the vehicle and I left the dealership. Later, I got a good deal from another dealer and bought my vehicle. So I requested Mano to issue me the refund for the advance amount of $ 100.00 in July last week. After lot of visits to the dealership (to be exact 6 times), I finally got the refund check for $ 80.00. It seems $ 20.00 was deducted as fees for checking the credit. I asked him why you need to check my credit when I myself had disclosed that I do not have a credit history in Canada and they were offering me a loan at 29%. I also told that I would not have paid the $ 100.00 if he had told me that the price of that vehicle is $ 10750 + taxes. So in effect, I paid $20.00 to see 4 cars parked in their yard. I went to this dealership seeing all the good reviews regarding them about their price and other things. But, per my experience with them, I see that their prices is at least 3000 - 4000 dollars higher than the market pricing. As a result, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as they are just after the money and is looting people who visits them. More
