A great experience! I was looking for a new car but was concerned with about having less than great credit. I first went to the dealership that I had been servicing my ol I was looking for a new car but was concerned with about having less than great credit. I first went to the dealership that I had been servicing my old car for the past 10 years (and another 12 years before with another car) and found the sales people to be less than helpful with options for me that were not appropriate (I wondered if they were even listening). I didn't know what to expect when I went to Loan Arranger but as soon as I called and got Adam Broome (Credit Manager) and got a call back promptly I knew that it would be good ... I just didn't know how good. Adam was extremely helped. He listened to what I said and offered options that would work for me. After I bought my car, he continued to help me with questions, always promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car selection. He's knowledgeable and personable. I also had a good experience with the other members of the team that occasionally took my phone call (when Adam was out of the office) or helped me when I just showed up with a question. I will definitely look for Adam's advice when I'm buying my next vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone who likes being treated well. More
