Sharon was a no pressure sales lady that made me so comfortable from start to finish. I would recommend her service to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I left with my new SUV and she ensured I knew all I needed to know. Cyndi , the finance manager was so great too. She explained the process and answered all the questions I had. She took what could be a stressful situation and turned it into a relaxed process. She has a way to make you feel important and that you aren't just another person applying for financing. These 2 ladies helped me get the perfect car for me. Great experience from start to finish. Can't say enough great things about these too. Who hugs the people at the dealership you buy from? I do!! Sharon Harris our sales person from 4yrs ago was still there and ready to help us. We were trading in our 2012 Kia Sorrento for a new car, and they were so helpful and patient with us as we tried out several vehicles before deciding on a 2017 Kia Soul. Just like the first time we bought our SUV everyone there worked so well together to ensure our every need was met. I would highly recommend Sharon and the entire team at Straightline to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. On a side note their service department is excellent too, over the last 4yrs they have been in charge of caring for our Sorrento and have always been polite, efficient and detailed with all their work.
