I just wanted to take a minute to leave a review for my experience at Straighline Kia. After looking around at a few different places I ended up here, I would like to give an amazing praise to my salesman experience at Straighline Kia. After looking around at a few different places I ended up here, I would like to give an amazing praise to my salesman Blair Browne. Not only was he extremely genuine and professional, he was truly there to help. He did everything in his power to help me get into a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE despite my previous credit history and my self-employed income. His knowledge and experience and genuine ability to want to help was far more superior then any other salesman I have encountered in the car industry. I purchased my first vehicle from Kia 11 years ago. I was impressed with their professionalism back then. The time came when I had to find another car so headed back to Kia. I had spoken to Jane Mul I was impressed with their professionalism back then. The time came when I had to find another car so headed back to Kia. I had spoken to Jane Mullett on the phone and decided to pay her a visit. I was not disappointed. She was friendly and helpful and knew what I needed. Excellent vehicle, the manager Rick resolved my question re bill of sale and 3M protection cost - they helped me with that 3 weeks after buying the vehicle which is great. Once they get your money then that's it. No one got back to me about my issue. Everytime I contact them they just kept saying "end of month". It's been 4 months and have not heard back.
