Excellent vehicle, the manager Rick resolved my question re bill of sale and 3M protection cost - they helped me with that 3 weeks after buying the vehicle which is great. Once they get your money then that's it. No one got back to me about my issue. Everytime I contact them they just kept saying "end of month". It's been 4 months and have not heard back.
