Hello. I am fine now. Sales people that make promises of a day to pick up the vehicle on Friday or Saturday at the latest is ok. If a promise is made, i expect that to happen. When did i actually get the vehicle? The following Wednesday. Was i impressed? NO The detail department needs new people that actually do the work. Dust on the drivers door ledge and mud under the paper floor mat on drivers side, plus slight dirt stain marks on the seats , tell me the work was not done. The exterior was washed but please wipe down after so water stains on grill, etc are not an eye catcher. Im positive if a a vehicle is detailed properly, these dust and dirt locations would not be found. I look at this situation as, the entire detail department needs a big shake up. If your heart is not in your work, then you are not the right person for this department. Obviously the head of the department or the salesman did not inspect the vehicle either, before i arrived to buy it. The only people that had their A game on was the deal negotiating guy and finance. Everyone involved in any sale needs to realize they are ALL representing the dealership! Do as you will with what ive stated. I was offered a free oil change plus the cleaning, detailing will be done at a time later on , of my choice. Regards; John Lyall
