Hernan was amazing. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. On the other hand, our experience dealing with dealership was not very good. It was very difficult to communicate with our finance manager and we have still have not heard back from him regarding our questions. We are still struggling to get connected to Kia connect and get information about our loan information including login. The dealership overall is good, they are very fairly priced and are respectful. Staff friendly and helpful. Jason and Ethan were great along with Harry who was also good. However, I test drove 3 or 4 cars from the dealership. They were never clean and ready Jason and Ethan were great along with Harry who was also good. However, I test drove 3 or 4 cars from the dealership. They were never clean and ready to show. 2 we’re even being used by employees. When it comes to the used vehicle I bought, they never really addressed some of my concerns (weird wiring under the hood) yes someone added an extension cord to the block heater but there were 2 extra wires from the extension I never got an answer about. Vehicle was poorly detailed on delivery day. I did not know that there was only one key phone until delivery day. More
