I recently purchased my second vehicle from Straightline Kia, and while the overall experience was positive, there were some notable shortcomings. However, I was disappointed to find that the vehicle I purchased did not match the description on the dealership's website. It was supposed to have a remote starter, which was a key feature for me, but it turned out to be an error on the website. Additionally, the vehicle was missing the standard plastic engine cover and did not come with the expected basic tool set. Furthermore, there was a deep cut, about an inch long, on the dashboard, which my wife and I did not notice during the test drive. This flaw is in a visible location, just in front of the passenger's seat. On a positive note, the dealership offered a generous promotion. I hope that they continue to improve their services to match their customers' expectations. More

I had a great experience with sales person Danny Deng. As a woman it can be discouraging buying a car but Danny made it fun. I just purchased a used 2020 Sportage from Straightline KIA. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I am 79 yrs old.
