I went to an appointment stressing some concerns about getting a vehicle and some of the barriers that stood be Dereks customer service was execelent! Derek then sat with me and discussed finanaces with me and some great tips on how to get build some credit. Derek then told me not to worry that he would have me in a car in no time. He made everything so simple 2 days after we first met i was in a new car. He got me financing and connected all the dots for me he made this so easy for me.His professional demeanor and kindness made this experience a very positive one and i look forward to dealing with him again in the future .
