Service visit I was due for a larger annual service; however, when reviewing my mileage and service record, it was discovered that there was some further work neede I was due for a larger annual service; however, when reviewing my mileage and service record, it was discovered that there was some further work needed. David worked with me to identify the most important aspects to have done and we postponed the rest. Once work began, it was discovered that my rear suspension also needed to be fixed resulting in an even higher bill. I gave David a number to work with and advised him to see what he could complete within that budget. He worked with the parts and service managers to discount as much as they could on the various services taking into account that I have been their customer for 15 years now. Happy about the bill..no but thrilled compared to what it could have been and with the overall service! More
Convenient and fast. I got a flat tire Friday night and put the spare on. Saturday morning I called Mazda, as I had the vehicle protection plan that covers flat tires. They managed to fit me in at 2pm, and had fixed my tire by 315pm. I was very appreciative because I needed the full use of my car the next day. More
