I asked about the time it would take and he said it would be completed by a certain time and my vehicle was actually finished a whole hour earlier than projected! This was marvellous as I had time constraints that day. Also, I just want to mention that I am pleased to see that you have an older female service advisor in that department. More

Straightened things out.
