From dealing with Simon and Davis on the sales side to the ease of setting up the vehicle with Alicia’s knowledge. Simon and Davis were extremely friendly and professional and easy to deal with. I really appreciated Simon providing me the initial prices of the 2018 Mazda 3 and the 2018 Mazda CX 5 last December despite knowing that it would be months before I’d be purchasing a car. When I returned in May, Simon was off so I dealt with Davis. I really appreciated how Davis set me up with what I would say is a true and honest test drive. I call it this because he allowed me to take the vehicle without him being present so that really allowed to enjoy the vehicle and envision what it would be like to actually own that vehicle. However what I loved most about this method of test drive was the fact that I could bring the CX 5 to my parents place to ensure that my elderly parents and my handicapped sister could get into the CX 5 easily and to see what it would be like to get my sisters wheelchair into the trunk. The fact that I was able to get my parents and sister into the vehicle, give them a quick test drive without bringing them down to the dealership was a big deciding factor on me getting the CX 5. I enjoyed the negotiation part of purchasing the CX 5. I felt that Davis was honest, upfront and fair about everything with me and in the end, I was extremely pleased with what I got for the vehicle. When the day came to pick up the vehcile, Davis introduced me to Alicia, who he called the tech specialist. It didn’t take me long to see what she’s called that. Alicia was super knowledgeable and I like the fact that she helped me set things up with the vehcile and took the time to explain everything I needed to know because this allowed me to just drive the vehcile away and enjoy it without having to fiddle with everything on my own. Depsite it being her lunch time, Alicia also personally put my license plates on my car for me. I appreciated her doing so and not just passing the buck and making me wait for a service guy to do It. Loved my experience with Signature Mazda and I would defibtely deal with these three again and recommend friends and family to them should they be looking for a Mazda. Thank you Simon, Davis and Alicia! I’ve had my CX 5 now for just over a week and am enjoying every minute of it!!! More
Goes above and beyond for customer service Larissa was very personable and she went above and beyond to help resolve the problem with my car.
