unbeatable service I recently upgraded my Mazda CX5 to a 2018 model. From the very start Alice looked into the paperwork for an upgrade. She was very professional and provided me with the numbers for the lease on the new car. At this point we agreed to a price of $244 every 2 weeks. This included a roof rack and rails and navigation system. At this point i should have asked for a printed agreement, as when i returned two days later the price had jumped to $266 every 2 weeks. The explanation was that the roof rack was too expensive and there was no profit . There was no movement in price so i asked for a tow hitch to also be added at no additional cost. That was the only issue i had with the dealership. Everyone was so helpful and I am very happy with my new CX5. Donald in sales gave me exceptional service and is very knowledgable. Both Alice and Donald are an asset to the company. thank you More
