very pleasant experience When I came to get my car they were ready. Insurance took a bit long but that was due to my insurance counterpart. Only part that was a glitch was that bike rack was put on my vehicle was tighten too much and the removal tool was missing. Good thing my husband was strong LOL More

He was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a really good deal, including a loyalty discount which covered the cost of some transmission repair work on my old Mazda. After the sale, he guided us through all the features of our new car in a very efficient and instructive way. I would highly recommend asking for William by name as he gave us sterling service. Everyone we dealt with at Signature Mazda was first-rate -- sales, service, financial, and insurance -- all were super friendly and super helpful. I expect that when I need a new car 10 years from now, I'll go right back to Signature Mazda and ask for William to sell me another Mazda 3. More
