Extremely helpful staff My Mazda CX5 developed some weird electrical issues while driving resulting in electrical systems dropping off and the SUV going in to limp mode. On the freeway, that is the last place you want any issue like that. Signature Mazda took me in and accepted an emergency appointment. They looked at my vehicle and quickly assessed possible reasons for what was happening. Other dealers would have raked my over the coals and have in my experience often costing me a fortune but not at Signature Mazda. It turned out an aftermarket remote ignition system installed by my home dealership in Edmonton, Alberta was causing some potentially serious problems with all electronic systems. I thought it was Mazda approved but it's not. After Signature Mazda removed the remote ignition system my CX5 ran perfectly afterwards, no more GPS, transmission, engine faults since or any random hiccups. Thank you very much Signature Mazda you're the best! A proud CX5 owner. More
