Great staff at Signature from service to sales to finance to insurance. My car was towed there for an icbc estimate, was deemed un-repairable. Service put me wit at Signature from service to sales to finance to insurance. My car was towed there for an icbc estimate, was deemed un-repairable. Service put me with William Li, he was quick to give me a few options within my budget. He got the new/ used car all inspected and fixed. I took it home, noticed a burnt out interior bulb, text him and we are now on our way to getting it fixed! Corrine in service was also a pleasure to deal with, returned calls very promptly and set me up with a great sales rep. More

Very satisfied customer My visit was for routine maintenance. My service rep. was Sean Lal. He was cordial, businesslike and knowledgeable. he explained everything in detail. My visit was for routine maintenance. My service rep. was Sean Lal. He was cordial, businesslike and knowledgeable. he explained everything in detail. I mentioned that my driver's seat belt was not retracting properly upon unbuckling. Sean said he would have it tested to confirm my complaint and would request approval from my third party extended warranty provider for a replacement retraction mechanism. I was then returned promptly to my home by Richard the shuttle driver. About an hour to an hour and 30 minutes later, Sean called me at home to tell me that the service technician looking after my Mazda recommended 4 additional parts/procedures. Sean explained each one to me and answered my questions. I gave him the ok to proceed with 2 of them, but wanted additional information concerning the other 2 procedures. I asked Sean to have Arash (service manager) to call me asap to discuss the above. Arash returned my call and proceeded to address my questions on all 4 recommended procedures, which gave me a much clearer insight as to the probable causes and the relative need to proceed with addressing the 4 procedures. We agreed that the rear brakes and air filter should be replaced at this time but the other 2 more minor items could be reassessed and be attended to at my next service visit. he also informed me that he got the ok to replace the retraction mechanism and that the part was ordered and would be installed upon its arrival at a future service appointment. About 2 hours later Sean notified me my car was ready for pick up. I called Richard who picked me up 15 minutes later and drove me back to Signature Mazda. Sean explained everything on the service work order / invoice and I settled my account with the cashier. I located my car which had been washed and cleaned (exterior and interior) and departed. Every staff member that morning was courteous and professional in addressing my Mazda service requirements. I am also especially impressed with the customer waiting lounge and the amenities you provide. First class as to quality and cleanliness. Keep up the good work!
