I came in for a routine oil change/inspection, but more importantly, to also have them look at sunroof drainage problem I was having in my 2014 Golf W I came in for a routine oil change/inspection, but more importantly, to also have them look at sunroof drainage problem I was having in my 2014 Golf Wagon. More than a little water had been coming in the passenger side footwells recently, so mold and electrical damage was a concern. Rylie was very knowledgeable and friendly! In far less time than was originally estimated, she said the problem was a clogged drainline. It was cleared and tested for leaks with no issues. I have no reason to suspect otherwise, but will continue to monitor it going forward. Will certainly continue to visit SVP in the future. Thank you Rylie and the service crew! More

Their services are ridiculously expensive with the advisor telling me my next service will "only" be $487 plus $170 if it needs an alignment. I was not offered a maintenance plan during the purchase and knowing these prices I would have taken it. More

Sold us a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars of repairs We bought a 2014 Honda CRV from them for $20k and immediately noticed going across rumble strips on the highway that the car would bounce completely We bought a 2014 Honda CRV from them for $20k and immediately noticed going across rumble strips on the highway that the car would bounce completely out of control. We brought it in to both Kal Tire and Sherwood Honda and both recommended all four struts be replaced. Sherwood Honda also noticed a transmission leak and an engine leak. Met with Moe, the general manager, and the car was booked in for their mechanic to review. After four visits we got it back they had listed on a service bill that they had replaced the oil sending switch on the engine which they had not. In addition to this, the skid plate under the vehicle is now loose. We were told that they had to order parts from Honda and to bring it back in a couple of weeks. They installed the cheapest Walmart shocks that they could find and instead of a large nut that holds the shock in place on the bottom they forced on a rusted C clip on the bottom of the left rear one. As this is a safety issue I took pictures of it and the rusted old oil sending switch and sent them off to Moe. Moe has chosen not to answer my email. We’ll see if he will answer to amvic and I was going to say the BBB, but unsuprisingly they are not accredited BBB members. The vehicle is probably in worse condition now than before they put the cheap shocks in it. Stay clear of Sherwood VW. More

Sold me a vehicle that was going to go to auction feeling very ripped off - made it very clear to Andrew that we didn't need a vehicle but this used Jeep came with some perks that our old Jeep did not feeling very ripped off - made it very clear to Andrew that we didn't need a vehicle but this used Jeep came with some perks that our old Jeep did not have. two remote starters - one works one was told it just needed batteries - wrong - went for what I thought was a final inspection wrong- nothing was done Andrew said he had batteries for the remote but refused to put them in - he knew it was not the batteries jeep needed detailing - received jeep and stains are still in there - can guarantee you they didn't detail the jeep. These items where a deal breaker for us and Andrew knew it after arguing with Mike the Manager ? Over what may seem small to Mike - I find out this Jeep was going to go to Auction - Do I feel like I have a safe Jeep? NOPE do I feel like I paid a fair price? NOPE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! THEY SOLD ME A JEEP THAT WAS GOING TO GO TO AUCTION More
