We worked closely with Raoul Bhardwaj throughout the purchasing process of our Tiguan and we couldn't have been happier. Raoul was very friendly, knowledgable and truly listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions based on what we told him we were looking for and what would be best for our family. He was extremely accommodating and patient with everything, including letting my husband and I go on separate test drives because we had our infant daughter with us. He also helped me carry her around the dealership in her carseat, while my husband went for his test drive - so kind. He was accessible via text or phone and made us a priority anytime we stopped in to the dealership. His knowledge of VW vehicles made us confident we were dealing with someone who truly believed in selling a quality product vs. meeting sale quotas.
