Got to the dealership to wait 25 minutes to pay my bill and pick up my car! All staff walking by me too busy to ask if I need help. The service guy that I dealt with in the morning was busy talking about tires and different dealerships while I stood and waited!! Not a great experience. I brought my car in for some noise coming from the front passenger side. I keep my car VERY clean. I was told that with the service needed, I would al I brought my car in for some noise coming from the front passenger side. I keep my car VERY clean. I was told that with the service needed, I would also get a car wash. I was given a loaner (which I appreciate) but the loaner was so filthy, inside and out. I didn't want to sit in it. The inside was so dirty. There looked to be mud forced through the holes in the seats and the rest was filthy. I don't expect a brand new car, but I also don't think I should feel dirty driving in it. The windshield was smashed and there was damage to the front end. It had also obviously been smoked in. When my child got in it, he said this is disgusting. So the service department called within an hour and a half (which was surprisingly quick) and said the car had been repaired and was ready for pick up. I was told it had been take for 2 test drives. 1 to diagnose the problem and one to confirm the repair was corrected. When I went to pick it up, no car wash had been performed. Not that it needed it, but when you say its included in the cost, please do it. More
