My only fault with the dealership is that they did not take payments via electronic transfer which is a bit of problem when purchasing remotely. More

Stellar and Incomparable Customer Service! I went to two other Hyundai dealerships (Rivercity and West Edmonton) looking to buy a Santa Fe. I was leaning towards one deal except the dealership I went to two other Hyundai dealerships (Rivercity and West Edmonton) looking to buy a Santa Fe. I was leaning towards one deal except the dealership was so focussed on closing the deal right there and then rather than listening to me as I wanted to sleep on the offer first -- a huge turnoff. Might I add, they were also sly with their words considering me to not be a "serious buyer" So, I decided to check out Sherwood Park Hyundai. Deep greeted me at the door and was very calm and professional. He genuinely listened to me and my situation with the other two dealerships. He looked at what my viable options were and suggested what he thought was best for me. I felt no pressure at all to close the deal from him. If anything, his patience made me want to make a decision even sooner. He got me very close to what I wanted to pay for vehicle and even took me to the registry himself to get it registered. Deep really knows his stuff and made sure I understood what I was buying and how to use it. Also, when I came back to pick up my new vehicle, he went through the inspection with me and even showed me how to work all the features of my car. I walked out of there with a brand new 2016 Santa Fe that I knew how to use and I could not be happier. Overall, an amazing experience! What ultimately earned my business was this dealership's customer service. Not once did they brag or use it as a marketing tool, they simply just delivered great and personable service. Went in expecting to not be able to buy My salesperson, Rose Marie, introduced me to the Veloster and I thought wow, with my bankruptcy I would never be able to get into one of those. They explained to me that I qualify for the credit rebuilding program. I was just about in tears right there. Then the next day I come back to bring a void cheque and Brad is vibrating with excitement. He tells me he gets me a better interest rate with Scotia down 10 percent from what I thought I would be at!!! Doug took over from there and was super organised.. Kudos!! I will be back in a year to trade up from 2012 Hyundai Veloster to something newer!! Thanks guys!! More
