Years of poor service Bought 3 vehicles at Sherwood park Hyundai. Started off terrible. Not sure why I continued. One thing after another. Poor servivice. And now that I Bought 3 vehicles at Sherwood park Hyundai. Started off terrible. Not sure why I continued. One thing after another. Poor servivice. And now that I am out of province. Even worse. Trying to reciting a problem they sold me a pro-PAC. And missed a very important part of it. Never found out till I am living out of province and having a very hard time to rectify this. Terrible service Had a quote over phone from Rosemary to do a timing belt in a car. Picked up car and cost was now $1100 and recommending everything they could think of to get more work done. Wife picked up car for me and was told that I was quoted correctly as well as advisor talking to me a few times( I never talked to anyone), and being boldfaced lied to by Service booking saying I was actually quoted higher. Got absolutely nowhere when displeasure voiced to manager and booking advisor. DO NOT go here for service, dishonest and not to be trusted. More

We were planning on buying a used vehicle but looking through the showroom and talking with Shaun we were able to get a 2017 for a price we were very happy with. Outstanding Service! Best garage/repair experience Ever! We just bought a used Elantra in the summer through a different dealer. We were having some trouble with it in the fall so we took it to Sherwood Park We just bought a used Elantra in the summer through a different dealer. We were having some trouble with it in the fall so we took it to Sherwood Park Hyundai since they are closer to us and easier to get to for service issues. They found that it needed a major repair. John, our Service Advisor, said he'd see what he could do for us through Hyundai. He brought calm to the whole situation. He dug around and made a lot of calls and was able to get it paid for because it is almost a new recall on our VIN#. This repair brought to light another major repair and we didn't have warranty anymore. He really went to bat for us and got Hyundai to give it to us on Warranty Good Will as we were still just under 75K. This was super good of Hyundai to go the extra mile and give us this. This was amazing for us! And, I know it had a lot to do with John's negotiating skills. The Service Manager was so understanding and calming as well. Since we had a little domino thing going on, they even used up some of their Dealership Good Will fund on our troubles! They even put us in a rental to make our life easier. We were so taken care of at a very stressful time. John is amazing, super kind, compassionate, and understanding. And, super knowledgeable about his job. I would trust him to tell me the truth about my next repair, which we hope will be a looong time in the future. More
