Amazing customer service!! I used to take my car to Southtown Hyundai. But my engine light came on and Sherwood Hyundai was able to get me in sooner. Not so good trade in experience I bought a Santa Fe from this dealership from a trade in. I was speaking with Cory about a deal and he was very friendly. Then I was passed on to Dave I bought a Santa Fe from this dealership from a trade in. I was speaking with Cory about a deal and he was very friendly. Then I was passed on to Dave without actually knowing to get the specifics down. I have on text message the amount of my previous vehicle buyout so with that they told me my new payment. Except when I went to the dealership the payment had changed because they wrote the wrong buyout amount even though they have the proof over text. So my payment went up. Finance told me he would try and get me some free oil changes because Of the mess up. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Nor have I got a call to see how I was liking the Santa Fe which they also told me they would do the week after I left with it. More
