SP Chev appears to keep excellent maintenance records on my vehicle, making it easy to keep the preventative maintenance schedule up to date. Very Poor Customer Service I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received an email letting me know they received my request and would contact me shortly. I then never heard back form them even though I had tried to contact them for an update. I was then forced to go to another dealership even though this was the dealership closes to my home. I am very angry with this service. More
