Worst service in Alberta I had my truck in 3 weeks ago and showed the manager and assistant manager that my winter front would not fit. They do everything at 20% and don’t care that you spend $100K on a truck they just do shoddy work. More

All are very helpful. The reason I am flagging out Shawna is because she has consistently gone above and beyond to address my concerns and find me the answers, all while being very professional and friendly. Let’s face it, nobody enjoys taking their vehicle for service - never mind the inconvenience of being without their vehicle (while service is performed), or paying the service costs, but Shawna’s positive attitude and willingness to help, makes the visits go smoothly. Great service! I buy a new vehicle every 3 years and it is time to buy my wife a new one but not here. So the moral of the story if a salesperson promises you something get it in writing. Lesson learned. Having said that the service person was great she try to get something but the service manager said no. He is the one that cost your dealership further sales to me and our family. Workmanship is great and will use them for warranty work. Thanks More

Hummers and Corvettes I have had work / services done on 2 different Corvettes and 2 Hummers here in the last year. One Hummer being an H1 which is a different animal to work on. Rob introduced my to Wayne who took the time to discuss my needs and assured me they had the resources to look after all my vehicles. With the Hummers and the Corvettes the service was top notch. The clearly experienced Technician assigned to my H1 sorted out all the issues the Hummer dealer could not. It was clear by talking to him he enjoyed the challenge and his attitude was very positive. The corvettes are very professionally serviced and it is clear they completely understand dry sump oil changes. All of this despite none of the vehicles being purchased at this dealership. Pretty clear...I will be buying the next new Corvette here. More
