Had my truck in for a service on June 10 and could not have been happier with the service and dealing with Sandra. Went over things before hand, acknowledged one of my concerns but coming to the truck to have been happier with the service and dealing with Sandra. Went over things before hand, acknowledged one of my concerns but coming to the truck to look at it and added it to the work order (will be covered by warranty). Order me a ride very quickly and kept me in the loop with the status of the vehicle during the day. Informed me when it was ready and offered another ride to get it (which I declined).
