Charged for work that was warranty I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lin I took my 2013 Silverado to Sherwood park Chevrolet when I discovered I had a power steering leak. They informed me that I had transmission cooler lines that were also leaking, and that none of the hoses were covered under warranty. My truck was repaired and later I discovered the power steering hoses should've been covered under warranty. I called and explained the situation and was told they would reimburse me in the mail. It has been over a month and have received nothing. I will never go back to Sherwood park Chevrolet except for oil changes in their quick lube as that is the only good thing at this dealership. There is never any parking there either More

Pushy salesman without the customers jinterests in mind It started with emails to the dealership while i shopped around online to see my options before driving around to dealerships. I made the salesman awa It started with emails to the dealership while i shopped around online to see my options before driving around to dealerships. I made the salesman aware of my current truck for trade in and what i was hoping to pay for an upgrade. He recommended i wait until that weekend, as they were having a "VIP" sale and he had the perfect vehicle lined up for me. When i showed up he showed me a vehicle that i was pretty sure (through the online estimates i had looked at) was far outside my price range. I mentioned this to him and his response was "Oh its pretty close, we'll make it work in the financing area". So i test drove the vehicle and loved it. Of course, it was an amazing truck with everything i could want plus things i wasn't even aware of wanting. What followed was a sales figure nearly double what i expected to pay per month and and sketchy financing options like a 3 year lease then finance the remainder. He made it sound like it was a guaranteed low interest rate after the 3 year lease but my research showed after the 3 year lease it would be my job to find a finance for the rest at what could possibly (depending on the market) a high interest rate. When i told him i wasn't interested he kept pushing the sale. Bringing in his manager to try and convince us. I repeatedly asked to see a truck closer to my price range but all i got in response was "well i thought you liked the truck...". They made me and the wife very uncomfortable and in the end quite angry because we refused to move on our budgeted number. Their sales prices weren't even any lower than the other 3 dealerships i went to despite their "VIP" event. So i left and ended up using a different dealership and getting a great truck in the range i could fit in my budget. Pushy salesmen and shady finance tactics lost my business with them. More

Best dealership experience in a long time. I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledga I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledgable on trucks and the business manager Kevin was great, not pushy just helpful and understanding. I would easily recommend anyone to deal with these 2 when buying a new truck. It's a very easy thing to just want a lower price, and they do have a great deal that they give you, but how your treated will make me a long term customer. More
