Best Salesman I Have Ever Dealt With Already owed a 2014 Silverado for Sherwood Park Chev, Erik called to invite me to an off lot sale at the mall, and mention being able to get me in to Already owed a 2014 Silverado for Sherwood Park Chev, Erik called to invite me to an off lot sale at the mall, and mention being able to get me in to a new truck cheaper because of 0% financing. When I arrived I meet Cody Williams and looked and drove new 2015’s. Cody was awesome from the start to the end, knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, overall just made the experience pleasant. While making the purchase offer Erik was at times pushy to sell but excellent when it came to negotiating on the new truck as I wanted equipped at a truly fair price. Where the sale was lost was because of the appraisal for my trade was 7K below black book value and I have installed many extras lift, tire, etc, I felt quite insulted by it. I even went to another dealership to compare appraisals and got an Actual Cash Value of 9K more than Sherwood Park Chev. Cody deserved a sale that day but because of the issues he had no control over I did not purchase through them. More
