Not Impressed I was just reading the other negative report listing voiced by another customer involving this salesman. I was unaware a comment could be left withou I was just reading the other negative report listing voiced by another customer involving this salesman. I was unaware a comment could be left without a sale. I feel Daniel wasn't upfront and dishonest with me while negotiating a price on a new vehicle. We went back and forth and agreed on a price which included all credits offered by GM. Yet when the paper work arrived which I'm required to sign the price was strangely higher. Daniel stated they (dealer) are required to show the GM credit as a charge on the offer to purchase and then it's removed at the end. So basically if your vehicle is $80K MSRP window sticker from GM your now paying $81K. Lies and lies I felt. . Excuses were comical. This same type of sale with overcharging scam happened with me in 2014 with same salesman which I thought was correct? This was only a way for Daniel to make a higher commission. Well I bought new vehicle shorty after I backed away from Sherwood Park. My new vehicle was cheaper and I received all my GM credits without having the credits added on to the offer to purchase. I purchase on average 2 GM vehicles a year, This dealer lost out. The most disturbing thing about dealing with this salesman was receiving a text weeks after I backed out calling me an auto correct F-word. I only wish I could upload his text message. More

Recall. I was immediately directed to Nadine who booked me in. She was very friendly. I have dealt with Nadine in the past and she has always been very helpfu I was immediately directed to Nadine who booked me in. She was very friendly. I have dealt with Nadine in the past and she has always been very helpful. I had to leave my vehicle for the day and was provided shuttle service. I feel confident that the work was done as specified. I return to the dealer for all work as I have had no reason to question their suggestions. I will say that I find the shuttle service is somewhat lacking. I know they try their best to handle customers as quickly as possible but I spent 3 hours in travel time because of the need to travel great distances to pick up and drop off others. More

Driver door lock not working The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sandra provided quick service and in no time I was in the waiting area.
