Sherwood Park Chevrolet worked miracles - and I am now a proud new owner of a Chevy Cruze. Jim McEwen was a pleasure to work with. He got the ball rolling and answered any questions I had, kept me updated throughout the process - and ultimately got me into a new car. The entire experience was positive and I will be getting all of my vechiles from here in the future. It is worth the drive. Keep up the great work! More

Overall vehicle purchase was relatively easy & stress-free Tomas, Jim, Erik, and Rana were all great to deal with and very responsive. All wanted to help me work through all the questions/issues so I could come up with the best deal plus be comfortable with the product, and the terms of the concluding transaction at delivery. I've never ordered a new vehicle before, and they made the process very easy and explained all of the details involved. It was a very competitive offer. And even though the dealership was in a different community, I opted to deal with them because of their responsiveness and quality of sales service. Also, the fact that they were a large volume corvette dealer and knew the product well provided a great deal of comfort for the purchase and the expectations of after-sales service. One suggestion I would make is to create a more robust and organized orientation to the vehicle upon delivery (they should have a checklist to follow or something). In my case, we ran out of time as it was past closing - but what we did get through did not seem to be very structured in format or done in a concise and orderly manner. This would have been very appreciated. Also, the significant profit built in to some of the extras offered towards the end of the purchase (etching, xPel protective coating, etc) left somewhat of a bad taste. On the xPel specifically, I was able to obtain the same product/installation for 1/2 the price from an outside provider. These last two points should not take away from my overall experience however - I would buy from them again, and all four worked hard to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And not to take away from the other two because they were great, but a special mention to Tomas and Erik is deserved for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in the end. More

Always open. Treats and works with you like your his family. Easy to deal with. No secrets, no banter back and forth. I've bought from many dealers who seemed to be your buddy up until you sign the paper then there is nothing after. I book all my services through him as well. Always has time for me when I stop in. Not There Yet I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change in their lube bay. (I wanted to get it in with the mechanic shop to check all my fluids/tranny/wear etc b I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change in their lube bay. (I wanted to get it in with the mechanic shop to check all my fluids/tranny/wear etc but they I guess they don't do that). Needless to say it was what I expected. I am not giving the boys that work in that lube bay xxxx, but they are either always very rushed, or not trained or knowledgeable. First, the car is a 6 speed standard. Not an automatic like they put on my service record. Wrong. Second, in their comments and "inspection" they said my rear tires are slightly worn and could use rotation. Wrong. The tires cannot be rotated as they are staggered fitment between the front set and rear set. Also, the tires are not bi-directional. (They can only travel in the one direction, thus the driver side rear is strictly the driver side rear. Once I got the car home, I let it sit and then checked the oil. The dipstick showed that the oil was low! Waited till the next day, checked again after warming the car up, and like the day before, still low. Added the oil myself and it has since been fine. I know its not something major, and I'm not blaming the techs as they get numerous vehicles in daily, but there is no one there checking the work or reviewing these reports. If you spend $xxxx amount on a brand new car and bring it in for servicing you should leave knowing that it is in good hands. I've never been comfortable handing the keys over to someone who I don't trust to begin with, and now I feel even less trustworthy. Might try a different dealer next time. More
