Quick and Informative I had taken my new Traverse in for her first oil change. Many staff greeted me and took the time to hear my concerns. In fact, Kyle sat in my vehicle I had taken my new Traverse in for her first oil change. Many staff greeted me and took the time to hear my concerns. In fact, Kyle sat in my vehicle and demonstrated all of the features my had that I did not know how to access. He was a very patient and well informed staff member. I felt understood and my vehicle was well looked after. Even my tire PSI was addressed and equalized. I have heard too many horror stories about women getting manipulated by fast talking dealerships. Certified Used Vehicle..... Yeah right!! Sold us a used Yukon with 75000km on it it had to be totally torn apart and cleaned do to carbon build up after a 2000km. The respected GM dealer we took it to said you would have to be blind not to see the issue with it!!! And it keeps getting better, all the fluids that are supposed to be changed at 72000km were not changed and this is right in their maintenance book, so that being said, I would never buy nothing from these crooks. And I don't want to even get started about the sale of the vehicle which was a other nightmare. Who sells a vehicle with 1 key and 2 remotes??? Oh yeah just bring it back and we will cut the key. Call and I'm told nope, not in the sales contract do its not happening. More
