More Service than I expected! I was advised by the dealership on a good deal for the new windshield I'd been waiting to replace. While I had it in for that, they did an oil change and winter service and looked at a couple other issues I'd noticed. Truck was fixed the same day and everyone ~ Through the Service Adviser, the Shuttle Driver, a quick confirmation call from Shop Foreman Cory Robinson, to the Cashier, all were cheerful, helpful and the end cost was below what I expected. The first time I stepped into Sherwood Park Chevrolet I felt like home. The staff are amazing! Mostly I have dealt with the boys in parts due to myself being a parts technician. I asked Braden a while back if my fiancé were to trade in his Camaro whom would be the best to talk to? He said our sales people are wonderful so it's hard to say however if it's the Camaro you would be trading in I'd have to say go see Jim he's the Camaro guy. He owns one and would be happy to assist you on something you love. Few months later my fiancé approaches me with the idea on trading in my Tahoe. He knew I was wanting my Silverado back. Don't get me wrong I loved my Tahoe but missed my truck. So we talked about it for roughly a week and then decided to come in and see Jim. What a wonderful gentleman. He showed us a few Silverados and we were able to find one with my favourite colour, blue. In the meantime my fiancé wanted to see what they had for Camaros and perhaps upgrade his. He's always wanted a bright metallic blue with sunroof, Jim was looking through their stock and found just the one he wanted! So with the help of their awesome Sales management and Finance team: Jordan, Aaren, and Chris we were able to get the vehicles were wanted in the colours and features. We had been in twice to look at cars trying to figure out what we were looking for we told him we were just starting to look and still wasn't sure what we wanted. He provided us all the information we were looking for and told us to think about it. He was not over bearing or pushy in any way. When we did decide on what we wanted I know we were going to make sure we dealt with Jim. He took his time with us, he know I was stressed about the whole situation about choosing a vehicle that suites our needs, Jim made sure we had everything we need to make the right choice, not feeling pressured was a huge help for me. I love the new 2015 Chevy Traverse and can't thank Jim enough for all his help. Rana in the financing Department was also great to deal with. Rana also took all the stress out of finalizing of the paperwork. She made sure we were very informed of all that was needed to be known and helped make the process go through flawlessly. More

I was waiting in line when one of Lube Bay employees came out after 45 mins after waiting. Asked him how's his day was going, did not get response and he stated this place is under new management and was asked to come out and say Hello. Got the service completed and noticed that there was no reminder sticker and also the oil life was not reset (happened the first time I was there). Had to go back into the Lube Bay and ask one of the employees to complete this. He said he totally forgot and completed it.
