One way or another she always goes above and beyond any requests. I have tried to talk to other service staff, but I always end up asking Shawna instead, because I know she deals with clients with integrity and respect. And that is a very important value these days since people are very self-serving. It seems ridiculous to have to remind management what a great asset she is to their company -- but it doesn't surprise me, the people who make the company successful are often forgotten. Remember this sales and management -- your commission may be on the sale, but its the service that brings back repeat customers, because they want a product they can depend on -- and know that they have the support when they need it. The staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet made me feel right at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. I went in wanting to see the different levels of trucks from the lower end to the completely loaded m at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. This allowed me to check out all of the different options that I might want to get in a new truck. They then help me narrow down my search to a couple of trucks within my price range and the options that I wanted. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried. Any questions I had were answered quickly. A special thanks to Heidi Barlow for her patience and help to get the best financing plan that would work with the budget I had going in. Also I would like to thank Jason Ruffell and Logan Read for all their help and for entertaining my 6 year old son while i was working on the financing. Jason and Logan both stayed three and a half hours after their shift to accommodate my schedule. I had an amazing experience at Sherwood Park Chevrolet! Last October 2013, I wanted to buy a new car and I knew what I wanted. I was very interested in the 2014 Chevrolet Diesel Cruze. I thought that I was Last October 2013, I wanted to buy a new car and I knew what I wanted. I was very interested in the 2014 Chevrolet Diesel Cruze. I thought that I was coming into the dealership to order and get in line to purchase one of these cars as they were in high demand and sold out everywhere. I spoke with Jason Ruffle and Tomas Lastovka about purchasing one of these sought after cars. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was shocked that they were able to bring in one of these cars! Surprise! They gave me an exceptional price even though they did not have to and I felt my trade in value for my car was very fair! They made it worth my while to drive 2 hours into the city with my old car and drive away with a new diesel Cruze. However, upon returning home, there was a mistake discovered. I wanted Navigation and it was very important to me. I thought “fully loaded” meant Navigation was included. This was never communicated by either party and was discovered after the deal. I called Jason to ask what could be done about this issue. After a few days, he told me that I could keep driving this car and a new one would be ordered in with Navigation for me! I was soo happy with this offer! I was even able to order the exact color I had my eye on; Ray Blue! And as promised, I did get my new car only a few months later with Navigation! I am so impressed and happy. Thank you so much Tomas and Jason for going above and beyond! I LOVE my new car! The entire team at Sherwood Park Chevrolet is amazing! From front desk, to sells, to finance, to service, you made my experience the best car buying experience to date! I was even asked to do a radio commercial later for Sherwood Park Chevrolet.
