With no notice I can drop off my truck and keys at night with a little note explaining which bells or lights are flashing and feel comfortable knowing they will perform a thorough inspection estimating what is wrong with the vehicle. The estimate show what needs to be repaired immediately as well as what will need to be repaired at a later date. I have never been pressured by them on repairs. They make recommendations to ensure the safety of my family and I. The service department offers top notch mechanics who seem to take pride in their work. Shawna and Wayne offer that professional service and are truly dedicated to keeping customers satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their awesome service and customer care. Dino was very helpful right off the hop however I was unable to find the truck with all my required option in the colour (Blue Topaz) on the lot. A few weeks later I returned and he had located a truck for me that was exactly what I was looking for and had it brought in. If that was not good enough the PRICE was unbeatable. A few weeks later we had to get a vehicle inspection completed and of course we chose to take our vehicle here again; and we received the same exact experience as we did the first time. Each person that we talked to was very happy to help and provide us with the most information as possible. We were never wondering the status on our vehicle and we were also kept in the loop about what was going on with the truck. Needless to say, I recommend Sherwood park Chevrolet over and over again.
