Ryan did not go into a sales pitch. He sought to understand what our particular needs were and identified which one of us was the "real" buyer. He quickly identified the differences in my needs from those of my husbands. With this info, he suggested we take a walk through the lot to look at a few trucks. We did not feel hurried or rushed. Having said that he led us to "The Truck" in less than 10 minutes and we went for a test run. I think he may have a crystal ball in his office :). It no time, we were signing off on the purchase.
