The service was painless and they did a good job on the vehicle. When we decided to buy a new vehicle, Chevrolet was in the running for an suv. We decided to give it a shot. Alex Hanus was an absolute pleasure to work with. He found us what we wanted in the price we needed to stay within (baby on the way). He gave us the different options to look and most importantly put zero pressure on us to buy! Heidi Barlow helped us work out the financing and kept it fun for us. A huge thanks to both of them! I normally don't believe in giving perfect across the board but the team at Sherwood Park Chevrolet never once left our experience less than perfect! More

A Bad Experience Turned Around! We visited Sherwood Park Chevrolet to gather information on pick-up trucks for an upcoming purchase. Having never bought any sort of truck before my b We visited Sherwood Park Chevrolet to gather information on pick-up trucks for an upcoming purchase. Having never bought any sort of truck before my boyfriend and I have been taking our time and dong a lot of research. We told the salesman, Dan, outright that we weren't buying today, but gathering information: figuring out what is available, what is standard for trucks, and what different price points and trim levels could get us. Dan chose to lecture us about the fact that we were wasting his time and that he has "many other clients" willing to buy right away. If it is true what Dan said about him being the "best in customer service" at Sherwood Park Chevrolet, I shutter to think what the others salespeople are like. If Dan was concerned about making a sale right away, shouldn't he have tried to convince us that now is a good time to buy? Or accepted the fact that we are trying to gather information and give us the best educational experience possible? If that were the case he would've stood out in our minds as a caring, interested salesperson whereas now he has ostracized us and we will not be returning to Sherwood Park Chevrolet for our truck purchase nor future vehicle purchases. EDIT SEPTEMBER 30th A few days after this review the internet manager, Phil, contacted us about this review. We explained the above and he apologized profusely. We were invited back to the dealership on the weekend. Phil went above and beyond providing us with all the information we could've wanted and more. He was able to find the truck that fit our needs at a price that worked in our budget. I believe that selling now is less about pressure and more about education. Phil listened and educated us throughout this process and we are happy to say we are picking up our new vehicle tonight. More

Amazing customer service I emailed the dealer looking for a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and within an hour Logan had contacted me and got the ball started.
