They did not go the extra mile for me when a vehicle I purchased broke down only 5 months after purchase date. It was in the shop 30 days after purchase as well. The inspections that they complete are not sufficient, as a low jack was found after, and the engine now needs to be replaced. I understand dealerships are just out to make money, but have a bit of compassion for someone who gave everything but the shirt off there back to this dealership just to get a decent car. I am now severely in debt because of this. I am so dissatisfied with the service and quality of work with the dealership. I would never go back, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. There are far better dealerships around. More

Good customer service has almost become part of the past and great customer service almost none existent, however, walk through the doors of Sherwood Park Buick and you will then in essence be stepping back in time.The service I received initially from Wayne Taylor was second to none. he thoroughly explained the vehicles and the process for purchasing and joined me on my test drive. He is very professional without being overbearing. He was with me at every step of my purchase expereince explaining who i was going to be dealing with and why. Once I had decided on my vehicle I talked to the finance department and Shaun was extremely helpful. When I came to pick up my vehicle I dealt with Ferid who explained all of the functionality of my new vehicle plus gave me a tour of the service department. Loved every minute of my experience and would sincerely recommend using this dealership to any of my friends and colleagues in the future. 5 Star rating for sure. More

Amazing customer service! I first met Chris back in December when I was toying with the idea of trading in my car. I was very upfront with him and informed him that I was in n I first met Chris back in December when I was toying with the idea of trading in my car. I was very upfront with him and informed him that I was in no hurry to purchase, but wanted to see what options I may have in the near future, unless I was given a deal I couldn't pass up. We ran out of time that night, as the dealership closed. I left town for a couple weeks for work and Chris remained in contact with me, keeping me informed every step of the way. Ultimately we were unable to make a deal, but this is in no way because of Chris. I was asking alot in terms of a trade in for a summer sports car, in the dead of winter. I have remained in contact with Chris and him and I are once again trying to make a deal. Not once have I felt pressured or that my particular circumstance was not important. I would highly recommend Chris and the Sherwood GM team to anybody who is in the market for a vehicle. I am looking forward to getting a deal done in the near future, and beginning what may hopefully be a long lasting purchasing relationship with Chris and the rest of the team. Great job!! More
