Once you buy your salesman is done with you!! As I read in another review, once you have bought, then my salesman was done with me. Did not answer emails after a week. I was told it was detailed, and is was partly done, fries, ketchup, crumbs where the seat belts are. Something real sticky on seats, in glove compartment and up by dvd player. They apologized, and said they would properly detail it, I had already it. Said they would do it in the future and I asked for a voucher or something but could not get anything. So doubt this will happen. I was told it was inspected. Well the interior lights did not work, the air conditioning did not work, a knob was missing for heat controls in second row seats. I know a salesman is a salesman, but I do not like being lied to. And there were a few lies. In the deal was to be a set of summer tires, when I asked Chris where the tires were when picking up vehicle, his words to me, were, "I ordered them, we do not keep tires here!" lol, what service centre does not carry tires ? After emailing sales manager, i got an email from Chris saying my tires were in and this was like a half hr later! I just do not like having to go back and forth to dealership, since getting vehicle I have had to go back there 5 times when today is over. Anyways I found my salesman not to be very professional. And Sales Manager Bryan Harper was also great to deal with. But on the good side, the finance guy Chris Hryniuk was very friendly, professional and did not waste my time trying to talk to me into insurances, warranties etc.! I really appreciated that! And my service adviser was just awesome, so friendly and professional, and took the time with me to find things out for me like when was last oil change, how to work some things in vehicle! Robin is one of the best service advisers I have ever dealt with!! I am not sure I would buy from this dealership again but I would service here if needed! More

Horrible after care of the customer I purchased a used armada end of July. Suppose to have had the complete inspection. In August took it to a car wash left the radio on for all of th I purchased a used armada end of July. Suppose to have had the complete inspection. In August took it to a car wash left the radio on for all of the 5 min it took and wouldn’t start. I contacted Mike my sales guy and he said go to Costco best place for a battery. Shouldn’t this have been checked in the inspection. Pretty sad one buys a 30000$ vehicle and has to put a new battery in it Have tried to contact again with zero response. More

Expired Warranty NOT honored in upmost good faith! We purchased a used Enclave in the very cold winter of Jan/Feb, 2019. Everything supposedly checked out at inspection. When the warmer weather finally We purchased a used Enclave in the very cold winter of Jan/Feb, 2019. Everything supposedly checked out at inspection. When the warmer weather finally came and we tested the air conditioning we discovered it wasn't working properly. Of course the 3 month month warranty expired by then but if it 'supposedly' passed inspection why wasn't it working?? Besides who would really check to see if the a/c is working in -30 degree weather. Rather, you would 'trust' that the a/c was inspected as they had promised. So, you would think that a good dealership would do their due diligence in keeping the customer happy and honor the parts & service ON UPMOST GOOD FAITH! But instead, they stuck to their 3 month warranty expiration xx. We will not be purchasing a vehicle here again, nor will we or would we recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Typical all smiles and promises up front, but nothing to back it up when it counts. Those are the impressions you should leave customers with. It was the person who runs the place that didn't honor this repair, do not know their name. It ended up costing us $2000. Shame Sherwood Buick. More
I’ll be back I’ve been to a lot of different dealerships and talked with a lot of different salesmen and managers, Cam by far surpassed them all with his friendly, I’ve been to a lot of different dealerships and talked with a lot of different salesmen and managers, Cam by far surpassed them all with his friendly, knowledgeable and understanding attitude. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my truck and my wife was happy with hers. I definitely recommend Sherwood Gmc and especially recommend anyone to see Cam, he will make sure you come back in the future and your going to want to tell everyone to come see him, yes he’s that good. When his behaviour was confronted, he responded with having “good google reviews”. This dealership will not receive a nickel from us!!!! Worst experience we’ve ever had regarding a dealership by far!
