I have been going to Sherwood GMC since 2016 and have since returned to them for 3 vehicle purchases in that time. He works to try and provide perks and services that most dealerships would have told me to "get lost" on. I just bought my most recent vehicle in July, and it is by far the best vehicle that I have purchased. With the assistance of Jose Hernandez, I was able to purchase a vehicle that I thought I could never own, with all of its amazing features, I am very happy. Not sure who told us more lies the dealership or Michael. Sold us a 2021 duramax back in October, no DEF in it, no fresh oil change or filter changes. Terrible sales manager Sales manager was rude, lied to us multiple times, made my wife cry. Instead he constantly deflected from answering trying to get me to come in. Then he messages me and asks what add was mine again... are you kidding me you messaged me. When I explained that another dealer in this time period had already called and were upfront answered my questions and gave me answers.... he responds. “ not sure what to respond” You guys should be embarrassed if this is your sales team. Great experiance We were looking for a car for our Daughter who was on a very limited budget . From the moment I met Kam he made me feel very much at ease he was very professional but at the same time really friendly and took his time to listen to what we had to say, our Daughter came by on her lunch break to look at the car and was more than a little overwhelmed at how nice Kam and the Managers were to her. The next day we all came back together and Kam did a fantastic job and with the help of Jahron and Faisal they were able to give her a great deal. I have bought and dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen but I have to say that Kam and his team really knocked it out of the ballpark. Kam went over and above for our daughter to ensure she could get a great car and at a price she could afford. We dealt with a few of the Managers as well and have to say that they were all excellent. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Sherwood Buick GMC and ask for Kam. It was an absolute pleasure to meet some of the amazing Managers as well.
