nice car but a bad experience had during the final sale bought a used car from this dealer after working out the details and getting the paperwork done we signed and gave a deposit. we then came back from a bought a used car from this dealer after working out the details and getting the paperwork done we signed and gave a deposit. we then came back from a hour away to pickup the car three days later. We came to sign for the car and pay when the sales women said we had been miss quoted for licensing on the car and we would have to pay the difference. i tried to calmly explain to her that the final price we had signed for three days ago was the price we would buy the car for and we wouldn't be paying the extra as that was not part of the original deal and contract. at this point she became very hostile towards us, telling us we would have to pay cause it cost them more to licensing the vehicle then wed been told it would and couldn't believe we wouldn't pay it .told her i wouldn't pay more as the final bill of sale stated the total we owed and it didn't have the extra charge on it so we wouldn't be paying it.after this statement she left and went to talk to her manager and she came back and said they would eat the cost but for our future reference we should fully get the price before showing up and that i was a very disgruntled person. at this point i couldn't believe what was being said to me.I noticed a man watching the room and when i made eye contact with him he came into the room and said " the original price is what we would pay but that i should calm down and be nicer and that he also put new rear rotors on the car for us at no cost . The rotors had to be replaced as the car had a shake in it at certain speeds when we test drove it and it seemed to be gone after they replaced the bad rotors on the car but even if he had replaced them i wouldn't of paid for it as that wasn't stated when we were negotiating the price of the car as the salesperson said they would look into it and have it taken care of. We still took ownership of the car but had a negative experience when doing the deal and cant understand why they wanted us to pay extra fee and why it was such a hassle to have it rectified as it was not written on the final bill of sale that we and the salesperson signed. Best Acura Dealer in Ontario Fairview Acura is the best Acura dealership in Southern Ontario. My wife and I recently purchased a new Acura from the dealer. We traveled over 2 hour Fairview Acura is the best Acura dealership in Southern Ontario. My wife and I recently purchased a new Acura from the dealer. We traveled over 2 hours to come to this dealership and are glad we did. The purchase process was incredibly smooth and the amount we paid for the car was the best price I could find in Ontario. Julie was great and provided us with a full demonstration of how the car works inside and out. The staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles. This is truly an A+ dealership and I would recommend anyone visit them when looking for a new car or service of their current vehicle. More

This guy Neil is not very happy with some customer. I bought my Acura from an Acura dealership in Toronto, when I brought it for service at Fairview Acura, Neil at the customer service advisor desk is no bought my Acura from an Acura dealership in Toronto, when I brought it for service at Fairview Acura, Neil at the customer service advisor desk is not too happy with me because I didn't bought it from Fairview Acura dealer. Isn't all Acura dealer is the same for warranty issues? At one time my car had a power steering wheel problem, Acura changed due to recall... I was happy Acura did it, but found out i still have the same problem with my steering wheel. When i brought it back and he told me it 's normal for it to sound like that. I recently just came back for an oil change, told another service advisor that i have the problem with my steering wheel and after they checked it they told me they found nothing, Its really annoying for me to hear this steering wheel noise and they could not do anything about it. They wouldn't even ask a mechanic to go for a testing drive with me so i can show them what the problem is. Also Acura usually give you complimentary wash and vacuum when you do an oil change, It showed that they did it in the receipt and when i came to the car. They didn't even do it. I'm really disappoint with this dealership. but i guess i have no choice because they are the only one in kitchener. More
