Schlueter Acura

This guy Neil is not very happy with some customer. I bought my Acura from an Acura dealership in Toronto, when I brought it for service at Fairview Acura, Neil at the customer service advisor desk is no bought my Acura from an Acura dealership in Toronto, when I brought it for service at Fairview Acura, Neil at the customer service advisor desk is not too happy with me because I didn't bought it from Fairview Acura dealer. Isn't all Acura dealer is the same for warranty issues? At one time my car had a power steering wheel problem, Acura changed due to recall... I was happy Acura did it, but found out i still have the same problem with my steering wheel. When i brought it back and he told me it 's normal for it to sound like that. I recently just came back for an oil change, told another service advisor that i have the problem with my steering wheel and after they checked it they told me they found nothing, Its really annoying for me to hear this steering wheel noise and they could not do anything about it. They wouldn't even ask a mechanic to go for a testing drive with me so i can show them what the problem is. Also Acura usually give you complimentary wash and vacuum when you do an oil change, It showed that they did it in the receipt and when i came to the car. They didn't even do it. I'm really disappoint with this dealership. but i guess i have no choice because they are the only one in kitchener. More
