Best Dealership/Service Department Around I have now been a customer of Schlueter Acura for more than 13 years. The service I have received both from the knowledgeable service department to t I have now been a customer of Schlueter Acura for more than 13 years. The service I have received both from the knowledgeable service department to the sales staff brings me back every time. My past 2 vehicles I have gone out of my way to ensure they are Acura's not just because they are a great vehicle (which they are) but because I am not willing to give up the Service Department. Neil has been my service provider from the beginning and he always ensures that my vehicle is taken care of and I leave there a happy customer. nice car but a bad experience had during the final sale bought a used car from this dealer after working out the details and getting the paperwork done we signed and gave a deposit. we then came back from a bought a used car from this dealer after working out the details and getting the paperwork done we signed and gave a deposit. we then came back from a hour away to pickup the car three days later. We came to sign for the car and pay when the sales women said we had been miss quoted for licensing on the car and we would have to pay the difference. i tried to calmly explain to her that the final price we had signed for three days ago was the price we would buy the car for and we wouldn't be paying the extra as that was not part of the original deal and contract. at this point she became very hostile towards us, telling us we would have to pay cause it cost them more to licensing the vehicle then wed been told it would and couldn't believe we wouldn't pay it .told her i wouldn't pay more as the final bill of sale stated the total we owed and it didn't have the extra charge on it so we wouldn't be paying it.after this statement she left and went to talk to her manager and she came back and said they would eat the cost but for our future reference we should fully get the price before showing up and that i was a very disgruntled person. at this point i couldn't believe what was being said to me.I noticed a man watching the room and when i made eye contact with him he came into the room and said " the original price is what we would pay but that i should calm down and be nicer and that he also put new rear rotors on the car for us at no cost . The rotors had to be replaced as the car had a shake in it at certain speeds when we test drove it and it seemed to be gone after they replaced the bad rotors on the car but even if he had replaced them i wouldn't of paid for it as that wasn't stated when we were negotiating the price of the car as the salesperson said they would look into it and have it taken care of. We still took ownership of the car but had a negative experience when doing the deal and cant understand why they wanted us to pay extra fee and why it was such a hassle to have it rectified as it was not written on the final bill of sale that we and the salesperson signed.
