At the time, my credit was in bad shape and I was a bit nervous if I would even get approved for anything. Jermaine was great! He shared his knowledge and expertise and ultimately gave me a piece of mind. He carefully listened to my needs and wants with a car and gave me options based on that. He was never pushy and never made me feel "forced" to buy a car. After a few weeks of exploring the different car options, I purchased a 2014 Honda Ex. Great price, low kms, and well taken care of. The service didn't stop there! Jermaine gave me recommendations on top auto insurance companies and put me in touch with a few contacts for quotes. Jermaine showed me several options and worked out something I could afford based on what I wanted, even with the negative equity on my old car. I ended up getting a 2015 Dodge Journey complete with all the features I wanted and some I never even thought I could afford. He answered all my questions, was very patient and had my new car clean and ready for me within a couple days! He also was available for any questions I had following the purchase. Overall, I had an amazing experience, I love my new car and will definitely be coming back here for my next purchase. More
