All I have dealt with Scarborough Toyota for more than 15 years buying 3 new vehicles from them, the latest one being Camry XLE Hybrid in April 2015. All my vehicles have always been satisfactorily serviced by Scarborough Toyota. The adviser I deal with is Rizal Mallari, who is exceptionally well versed in all aspects of satisfactory customer service. He is always aware of the needs of the vehicle and is proactive in suggesting the required upkeep. He considers the vehicle to be his own vehicle and allocates such importance and care for it. This is enormously appreciated and welcome. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with and his input and recommendations are never misconstrued as a "snow job". He is very genuine and sincere and I make it a point to just let him, and no one else, deal with my vehicle. Interactions with him, along with Kumar and Arthur McDonald are a pleasure indeed. Rizal makes you feel welcome and above all I TOTALLY trust him with my vehicle. Scarborough Toyota is very lucky to have him as their employee. More

One example of him going above in beyond happened two years ago. I was on my way to get a new battery with my father and our vehicle was rear ended heading over. Jay was kind enough to attend to my new battery and had the Service guys come take a look at my father's damage. My father instantly liked Jay and will now consider Toyota's after seeing the exceptional service I get. Last year, I worked with Jay to get new tires for my car. Jay is helping me with my next purchase and I look forward to working with him more. I will remain a loyal Toyota customer as long as he is at your dealership as finding someone that you trust is hard. A few times, I have had emergencies and had to drop in when he wasn't available and the service was good but just not the same. I ended up in one case calling Jay for a second opinion. More

A fantastic new vehicle The dealership was very clean, organized, and inviting. Judah the salesperson met me in the lot while I was just looking. He was able to answer many o The dealership was very clean, organized, and inviting. Judah the salesperson met me in the lot while I was just looking. He was able to answer many of my questions regarding buying new versus used even before we went inside the dealership. My previous vehicle was a 2003 Pontiac Montana which I loved, but I felt it was time for something newer. I had already test-driven a Honda and Dodge mini-van, and I wanted to try out the Toyota. Even before I asked, Judah suggested taking the Sienna mini-van for a test drive and I said yes. I was really impressed right away, with the vehicle, that is. Judah seemed a little nervous, but he confessed it was his first day in sales. After the test drive Judah answered as many questions that he could, and if he did not have an answer he quickly asked someone who did. We shook hands and I told him I was still looking and thank-you. The weekend passed, I did more searching, but I made up my mind I was going back to the Scarborough Toyota dealership to see if we could make a deal on the Sienna. I showed up, asked to speak with Judah, and together I bought a fantastic new van and I believe Judah made his first new vehicle sale. My apologies to Judah for taking so long to submit this review, but I hate typing and would much rather be driving. More
