He is always fast, polite, and exactly to the point when it comes to explaining the details about the repair. He will always disclose which repairs are needed and which are not. We have never had Chris pressure us into buying unneeded parts for the car or spending more than is required. Chris stands out for his honesty, service and how much he cares about the customer. We have purchased two new Toyotas and based on a friends recommendation have brought the cars to Chris and will continue to do so. He is a mechanic we can trust to do an excellent job. In the past we have had bad experiences with Canadian tire mechanics. They never seemed able to resolve an issue with the tire pressure sensor. It was always a parade back and forth with the mechanics because the Tire pressure sensor light was always on regardless if the tire was low on pressure or not. As you can imagine this was starting to cost us a lot of money. Since we have switched to Chris to be our Mechanic, this has never happened. We are very impressed with Scarborough Toyota. From the warm and friendly greetings of your service department to the excellent, skilled and knowledgeable work done by your master Mechanic Chris Chiu. My family and I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair our vehicles! We would definitely recommend Chris to our friends any time.
