Toyota Scarborough Dealer charged my insurance the first time to provide us an ´´outstanding serv Thank you for your outstanding customer resolution. Toyota Scarborough Dealer charged my insurance the first time to provide us an ´´outstanding service ´´ and a ´´guaranteed work accomplished ´´. After failing to fix the car initially, then they requested additional repairs which they charged us for part and labor, yet the issue remained idem unresolved. Toyota Manager is suggesting now to have the insurance pay for the third time, to replace additional parts that have no defects to my knowledge!!! Every time they asked us to pay, we paid their premium fees but the job is not done! Indeed it is simple to blame it on something or someone else and justify their crews failure rather than assuming their responsibility. Please note that the car’s esthetics issue has been created by their unprofessional team after their first repair!!! How would they justify the failure of an assessor who did three assessments, changed all the parts as requested, yet didn’t resolve the issue. I would feel ashamed, if I change the wrong parts for a client not resolving the matter and charging him, yet asking further to change other parts that had no known issues (pictures available as a proof). Moreover, what could be expected from a Toyota Manager after contacting the client is to follow up directly with the customer to reassess the situation and to provide updates instead of posting an online response justifying the company’s failure in addressing the client’s concerns. With all my respect, this confirms further what I have said previously. I would rather spend my time and money somewhere else with a garage that a person can trust. George was great! I'm generally skeptical about the whole sales process at car dealerships...however, I like how George changed that for us. We told him that we wer I'm generally skeptical about the whole sales process at car dealerships...however, I like how George changed that for us. We told him that we were looking for a car, mainly for my better half's commute. From thereon he concentrated on fulfilling her requirements and allowed us for test driving. Then, he told us exactly what he could do for us (price, rate, accessories, etc.) and worked with us to get into a brand new Corolla (2019!). He was well organized throughout the process, replied to our questions and once we bought the car he cared enough to follow up with us a week after, He has the motto that with the sale of the car, "you also get the right to call him for any issue with the car" and he'll take care of you - this is truly an excellent concept and I look forward to see if he will live up to it (if there's ever an issue with our Toyota). Sergio a Great Guy to get good deal I had done some background search for buy 2018 new corrola. I have got quotes from at least 3 Toyota dealership including Scarborough Toyot. For the s I had done some background search for buy 2018 new corrola. I have got quotes from at least 3 Toyota dealership including Scarborough Toyot. For the second visit to Scarborough Toyota, I decided to with different sale person. Luckily I came across Mr. Sergio a great guy. I show him all 3 quotes . Then I asked even for much lower price and biweekly payment. This quy strived and and got me the best lover payment from manager beyond my expectations. What great guy who worked with my budget and got me a great deal for two cars. Thanks Sergio.. keep it up. More
