They did an amazing job at repairing the damages and were really insightful to any concerns we had about the car. They knew what they were doing, had vast knowledge about the car, and were able to provide great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place for future repairs. As a little side note, my car was squeezing a lot. They told us that a different mechanic that we went to simply used cheap parts for my brake pads and that they could easily fix it whenever, but they suggested to do it in the spring when they are more worn down in order to be cost effective. Therefore, I can conclude that they dont only want to provide a service, but also help the customers in anyway they can with insight. More
Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, & Respectful Customer Services Although we were not necessarily planning on purchasing another vehicle until mid to late 2019 ( and even undecided on which vehicle to purchase when Although we were not necessarily planning on purchasing another vehicle until mid to late 2019 ( and even undecided on which vehicle to purchase when we visited to have a look), the confidence, trust, and respect along with the easy rapport we had already established with Daisy (from a purchase of a new vehicle about a year ago) and the impeccable Toyota services we had experienced thus far was a major contributing factor to us committing to a 2nd vehicle purchase much sooner than anticipated on another great Toyota vehicle. Daisy was very attentive to our needs, responded to all my questions in a timely manner, promptly communicated with me with timely updates, and made it as easy and as seamless as possible in our decision to purchase our second vehicle from Scarborough Toyota. Daisy knew exactly what I wanted and my preferences, without being too fussy or overbearing. I truly appreciated that with Daisy, and she has earned our trust and loyalty very quickly! New car Today I visit to buy a Toyota corolla to Scarborough Toyota on Eglinton. I asked help from a gentleman, he bring me to the reception, they ask me some detail than they said somebody will help me. Until this point everything okay. Later a representative came talked to me. I told her help me please I want buy a Corolla . she looks sleepy mood, lazy to answer to me. Two Corolla is in the showroom, she said this is base model (LE), this is top of the model (SE)"which one do you want? I have seen six, seven deferent model are in Corolla. And I asked what is the features , she very lazy to answer. Than I asked price range , she din't answer probably .I said I've seen less than this price in Toyota website (she offer $430, 84 month) I said, (one of my friend said me he purchased less than this price) said go buy their. Nice sales lady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

very bad service, treated me very bad i took my corolla to this location on 2/12/2018 for service with 3200km. Anver wazir Ali charged me $570.18 and named bunch of problems with my car. When I talked with another mechanics at Active Green as well as another private mechanic, they said since my car had gone only 3200km in the city by one driver and taking all services on time most of works were not necessary to be done by Anwer Wazir. this time when I left Toyota my car was making little noise at stop signs when I pressing break peddle. I went back an Anwer said " this is normal, goes away latter " and walked away and didn't give a chance to talk. I went to the same location on to put winter tire and sayn that my car was making noises when I stop it. the receptionist told me that to book an appointment with Anwer Wazir because he checked my car before. the appointment was on 10/29/2018 and I went and explained to Anwer to put the tires and to check for the noise I said please see what ever is under guarantee should be free and what ever is not I will pay. He aggressively said nothing is free, if I check you have to pay 68 dollars.and he said he had no time to talk with me. I said you have appointment and lets go to see a supervisor, we went and the supervisor took my side and said check whts under guarantee and whtas not.he didn't knoe even that I had appointment with hime. that's not all, I left the car and went to school. Anwer called me and said I didn't give hime the bolts for my car. I said I gave you and I called my wifwe to make sure we left it in the trunck, but he was asking for 50 dollars to put bolts. and this time I said I left them if you make problem and if I prove that you have it then you will be in trouble. 5 hours latter I went there and they changes the tire and all services were free. it means that he had the bolts and the serviced were free. Whty he gave me such a hard time.? More
