I decided that I’d trade my car in, but was scared I wouldn’t get much for the amount of small repairs that had to be done. I went to Luis Valencia, and glad I did. He listened to what I was looking for. Not only did he manage to get me a great trade-in value for my car. He also chose an amazing new (used but you couldn’t tell with the showroom finish detail) Toyota Corolla that was within the budget I gave him! I would (and already have) recommend him to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure! More

Never go to this dealership rude behaviour and worst customer service. Once you sign their contract there behaviour will change. Dirk and Damien were so disrespectful, they only care about getting a sale and not the customer's satisfaction. Do not ever visit Toyota Scarborough. I was unhappy with a car that I placed a deposit for about getting a sale and not the customer's satisfaction. Do not ever visit Toyota Scarborough.
