I told him my requirements sitting on his counter. His name was Mr. Jahingir Alam, Product Advisor, that I came to know during discussion. On discussion, he explained me the advantages and disadvantages to an used car and a brand new car. Is was quite convincing and logical. So I purchases a Brand new Toyota Camry from the store. I remember the experience and was happy with the logical discussion of Mr. Jahingir. Again on May 2015, when I decided to buy another SUV, without any second thought, I straight went to Mr. Jahingir Alam of Scarborough Toyota and expressed my intention. He, very nicely explained me the feathers of different SUV of Toyota. Based on these information, I decided to buy one Brand new Toyota Highlander-2015 from this show show room. I and my are quite happy with the performance and service of both the cars. We are thankful to Mr. Jahingir Alam for his sincere and honest advice. I have no hesitation to refer my friends to Mr. Alam, when they plan to buy any car. Warranty work and pursuing satisfaction I recently had warranty work conducted on my RAV 4. The work included a number of part replacements (which speaks to the benefit of purchasing the ex I recently had warranty work conducted on my RAV 4. The work included a number of part replacements (which speaks to the benefit of purchasing the extend warranty plan). Part of the work included a right front shock replacement and a rear left shock replacement and recall work that involved rear wheel alignment. Unfortunately after the work was done the vehicle developed a very scary vehicle sway (side to side) when approaching and exiting ramps to highways and expressways. I felt this extremely poor handling was caused by the recent warranty work having new shock at opposing ends of the vehicle and older (5yr) shocks on the other opposing ends. I was unable to make the service advisor understand how dangerous it was to drive the vehicle and that the vehicle NEVER handled like this before the warranty work. I did however speak the service manager Gord De Castro who responded quickly by having the vehicle in and approving replacement of the older shock absorbers under the warranty plan. He also approved a front wheel alignment at no charge that the service advisor was intend on charging me for. I want to thank Mr De Castro for his quick actions and restoring my faith in Scarborough Toyota in that I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service and will consider Scarborough Toyota for my next vehicle purchase.
