I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jeanneth Lagman on my last two visits and she always goes above and beyond my expectations . I really like your late hours of service and the ability to come in with out an appointment. I drive for the Cancer Society and can never tell what hours I have free so your flexibility really works for me. I drive about 100KM a year and need service almost every 4-6 weeks. I drive a 2012 Prius with 205KM currently and want to see if I can put a million Km on it. Great service by Ivan Wu I went in to look for new/semi-new vehicles and trade in my old 2009 Camry. Ivan was extremely helpful from day one. I was actually there a couple of days before going on a 2-week vacation. He asked me to make a quick call to my insurance company, and while I was away, did all the necessary paper work with my insurance company. When there was a hiccough because RBC forgot to remove the lien on my old paid off 2009 Camry, Ivan was there every step of the way to help me get the necessary paperwork from RBC. He was actually more worried than I was. I'm now in a 2015 Camry Hybrid XLE that had only 8000 km and was able to trade in my 2009 Camry LE for good value. I appreciated Ivan's attention to the transaction every step of the way. Highly recommended dealer!! More
