In particular, my salesman Judah Nanneti, whose product knowledge, genuine nature, hospitality and flexibility enabled me to customize the Highlander of my dreams. Judah made me feel confident in my brand of choice and reiterated the many reasons I wanted to own a Toyota. Furthermore, the way I was taken care of helped to ease the tensions associated with a financial burden in a day and age of employment insecurity.
