This is our second time purchasing a vehicle with Scarboro Subaru. The first one was the 2016 Forester three years ago and we had absolutely no problems with this car while using it. I found the service disappointing. Landed up there through lease busters, thinking it was taking over an existing lease, but apparently just a way of getting around not being able to advertise. The salesman did not have the courtesy to return several of my emails enquiring about the delivery date, which I understand, but I was clear that I couldn’t wait longer than one month. I found the same car at another dealership, then went to get my refund for the first months lease, and did not notice they had credited me $80 short. I then had to call and arrange to get the refund processed. Fortunately I had quite the opposite experience at Willowdale Subaru. More

I was having brake problems and contacted the dealer. For the first time I took advantage of their pickup and delivery valet service. At 7.30 in the morning the car was picked up at my apartment, and by 1.15 the first time I took advantage of their pickup and delivery valet service. At 7.30 in the morning the car was picked up at my apartment, and by 1.15 in the afternoon the car was delivered back to me with repairs completed. Best of all the cost was no greater than the same job performed earlier at an independent garage a year earlier. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. More
